If you had a v6 would you be trying to sell it when all the engines around you are shrinking?

Because no one bought the V6

You can get the new turbo 4 on newer Mazda 6s. It makes more power than the old V6.

Also we almost had a turbo inline 6 RWD Mazda 6 but women and cucks literally can’t stop buying crossovers so Mazda cancelled it.

I have a turbo Mazda 6, it has plenty of power and torque and no turbo lag, it's fine.

yes, but it doesnt really matter (see above)
        >better sounding
lol. Lmao even. Most 4 cyclinders dont sound that great, but I have literally never heard a V6 that sounds good (apart from olden days race engines). The ford 3.7 and chrysler pentastar sound "OK" at idle because they kind of larp as v8's, but they sound like shit as soon as you rev them up. Dont even mention the VQ, I've heard fully race prepped GTR's blasting down the straight at Monza and they still sounded like total dogshit.

          >have literally never heard a V6 that sounds g-ACKK

Engine design matters just as much as cylinder arrangement. There is a huge range in quality in V6 engines. Some half-assed V6 designs are trash and make V6s look bad but then you have some amazing V6 engines. It really depends on the engine.

Most of those inline4 engines are too small displacement. Almost all are around 0.9-2.0liters, biggest ones 2.5l. 2.7+liter inline4's are very rare, almost non existent.

Isuzu still sells the D-Max and MU-X siblings with a 3.0 I4 turbo diesel in Australia. The old Mitsubishi Pajero had a 3.2 I4 until it was recently killed off in 2021. I think that's about it

aren't they forced to do this cause of emissions? Like they can have few v6/v8 cars but they need to offset with emission compliant cars no?

V6 Hondas are based but don’t act like they’re any faster than a 6 cylinder German car or even a 2.0L 330i.
