Too bad they never made the mustang with any other engine options. Yeah sure is a shame that the 4 cylinder is literally the only engine.

Why link the ecoshart then? I am not shaming it, it's just not the picture of reliability.

I've driven a 6 speed ecoshart mustang, honestly not bad although I can't compare it to the 5.0 since Ive never driven one.

You can get a Z32 for 4k. You can get a TT for 12k.

        >"but reliable!"
Its an extremely reliable car and engine, it just requires maintenance at certain inteverals. If you are a wrenchlet too stupid to change a timing belt or the oil, you dont deserve to drive anything anyways.

I own multiple Z32s. There's a difference between reliability and serviceability. This platform pushes the patience of me and everyone around me to the breaking point at regular intervals.

Yeah that's why they're boring. You're not supposed to worry about them. You turn the key and drive. These days it's so easy that the key can stay in your pocket.

Stop being poor and you wont care. German cars aren't unreliable unless you're a broke ass missing maintenance intervals, buying afterthought models, or buying neglected used vehicles.

If you own a couple nicer vehicles, one being at the shop for a maintenance interval isn't a problem, and aside from that they will be perfectly reliable.

If you can't afford an extra car you have no business owning showy sports cars anyways

That's not trolling or flexing or talking about money. That's good damn advice. If you want a flashy car, then there are costs attached. You shouldn't get them until you have the income for them or you'll end out missing out in other parts of your life.

Sure, I could've phrased it less rudely, but that's what I'm trying to convey: sports cars that aren't made by Koreans or drunk brits or Italians are usually pretty damn reliable if you use them and maintain them properly while they're relatively new.

Most of what people call unreliable is the result of people wanting to appear to live outside of what they can afford, overbuying, then undermaintaining, possibly then selling to some other person who's making the same mistake, doubling the next buyer's problem.
