    C6 value issue/ elec drain /headlights plastic wear & replacement complexity.
    Starter failure due to proximity of catalytic converter (it gets fried from heat)

    C5 AC/heater module light dim issue.
    Brake module replacement issue(?).
    Water drains to trunk when lid is lifted.
    Driver door wire harness premature wear causing failure.

    both : seats need to be bolsterd because the foam will rear through the support wires of the seat frame.

      All true. The headlight lens replacement isn't that difficult. ABS modules on the 02-04 can be rebuilt. Earlier model years, your fricked and just drive without ABS.

        Difficult no. time consuming, yes.
        But then again i just showed my age in regards to headlight repair/replace task.
        and Im still on the fence about doing the Morimotohomosexual LEDs.
        And it fricking snowed. im down for at least 2 weeks.
        We will always be subject to "The Corvette Tax". If PartX costs 100 FreedomBucks. PartX for Vette costs 150.

      Fab and add heat shield. The old Ford solenoid hot start mod (because GM starters be like that) helps too.

    I really want to drive my C8 more, but Ive been walkmaxxing (25k+ steps a day) to get shredded. Atleast I get to drive it to the office tomorrow. Dirty as frick though.

        I went to a work lunch in this today and some old shirtless boomer covered in tattoos pulled up next to me in his BMW convertible to talk cars and midway through the conversation I noticed he had a fricking crackpipe in his hand. If I wasnt about to do a work event I wouldve asked for a hit tbh.

        Im already pretty swole from years of weightlifting and martial arts, just cleaning up the six pack before I travel on vacation next week. I am wayyyy too broad shouldered to ever be considered a twink lol.

      Corvette hung onto manual longer than anyone else, as long as they could. All the lame competitors went heavy into autos and auto only and chasing numbers. Blame the industry and market. Otherwise the C8 looks to be the perfect vehicle in every way.

    Anyone know how to make the zbutton swap between Z-mode and Mymode or atleast how to change the steering settinf in Tour mode? Having to press the z-button to go into Z-mode and then twist the knob to go back into Mymode is really throwing me off. Ends up with mr accidentally going back into Tour mode from Z-mode when I click the button instead of twisting the knob fricking with my steering.
