Crossovers are unironically great. They're also based and red pilled
Small turbo engines are sick as frick. Do you even know what low end torque is like
Hybrids are here to stay

    >Manual transmissions suck when it's your only car
    KYS

I will NOT let you homosexuals make this dumb argument and parrot it over and over as if it is fact as long as I live. Please explain in great detail why driving a manual transmission as a daily is so bad. I won't accept anything less than a few formal paragraphs of explanation or you are a homosexual.

    >You don't understand!!! A manual transmission in the most convenient and comfortable method of transportation for a single person is too hard! I simply cannot barely move my left foot and shift my right hand around a bit while I'm driving in a comfy seat, blasting AC, listening to my favorite tunes! It's simply unbearable, it's TOO hard and uncomfortable

    homosexuals. Kys again

    >Coupes suck
Aesthetics are down to personal preference.
    >Manual transmissions suck when it's your only car
    Why?
    >No sunroof sucks
More headroom and no leaks sucks?
    >Sedans with low rear ceilings suck for tall people
    But you want a sunroof?
    >FWD is fine, and in fact one-wheel drive would be fine too
What does fine mean? Bare minimum acceptable? Why do you not strive for more in your life? I don't understand the euro defeatist attitude.
    >Crossovers are unironically great. They're also based and red pilled
    This is simply bait.
    >Small turbo engines are sick as frick. Do you even know what low end torque is like
I have 2 NA V8s that make 80% of peak torque basically off idle at 1500rpm.
    >Hybrids are here to stay
    Who said they weren't?
    >Electric isn't for me
    It isn't for most people.
    >Big tires, big sidewall >>>> low pro tires and big ghetto wheels
    For ride comfort, not handling.
    >Big wheels are ghetto. This means >18" on trucks and >16"+ on cars
Why are you trying to insult something you don't like in an attempt to get others to think like you? It's very strange and manipulative behavior. Performance cars from the '90s had 17" wheels let alone ones from this century. Is this some sort of poor/slowgay cope?

      Blasphemy of the highest order.
Pop up lights were peak sovl. Cars declined from an art form after they were regulated out of car design. "Now theyre commuters or status symbols.

          >This is how Japan and Europe left America on life support throughout the 70-90s
More like untill 2014 or so when obama had to bail out american car manufacturers because their bankrupcy wouldve crashed the american economy.

Hilarious that you complain about regulations when the reason pop-ups became popular is minimum headlight height laws

          Anonymous

          1. A statement is not a complaint
          2. A design choice being implemented because of a law does not mean it became popular because of a law.
          3.youre moronic.

And also sealed beam hedlight laws. Hilarious that popupgays claim they are "work of art" or something when they were really just a way to skirt around regulations. Doubly hilarious when DA hates new cars because they are overcomplicated but loves these 80s electric mechanisms that fail and have hard to find replacements. Triply hilarious when they get offended like if you just hit their mother in the face when you say you don't like popups.

Here's one DA will never understand.
Low displacement high revving engines suck. Americans have been tricked by Europeans and Japanese into believing they're good because all the "great" imports have engines like this.
If the best Ferrari and Honda cars do it then it must be good, right? Wrong. They do it because they're restricted by regulations, whether by the government or racing division rules. Not because it's optimal. What you get when you let engineers design the best engine they possibly can with no rules then you get big block ohv engines. Why would you want an engine that's worthless for 85% of the tachometer when you could have usable torque at all rpms? It's like if you had two weight lifters and they both could lift 500lbs for 5 reps but one could also lift any weight lower than 500lbs, and the other had been cursed by a spiteful witch that made it so he could only lift anything under 450lbs 1 time before getting exhausted. Like one of those guys is clearly and objectively preferable to be. Imagine going to the gym and lifting 500lbs but then you need your wife to help you carry in groceries because you can't pick up a milk jug. That's what low displacement engines are. They're good at one thing and only at specific moments whereas high displacement engines are not only also just as good in those moments but also all other moments.

The minivan I'm looking at won't go smaller than 17". That's for a good reason. Brakes used to warp all the time on smaller car-sized brakes.
