Mine has leather seats and I've seen a lot of them with fabric seats. Also got the factory hardtop.

        >Also got the factory hardtop.
lucky, I've paid half of my car's price for a separate hardtop after I bought the car itself, those things are ridiculously overpriced. I guess AC is also an option, saw MR-S without it more than once, so it had factory options, just not trim levels

    >highest trim available
    >with delete option for the sunroof
    >with delete option for automatic transmission
Only correct answer. My mom knew this well when buying her cherokee new in 99, opting for the sport because it was the highest trim available with a manual gearbox.
    >but le manual sucks!

Considering that base models aren't even sold these days, only the top trims or fully loaded ones are, I'd say it's pretty hard not to have a top level trim car.

I had the top trip of a 2012 Honda civic. Nav screen and “leather” seats. It was awesome. I miss that car it was so comfy and i could go anywhere anytime. Now my race car shit box is temperamental

I only buy the lowest trim because that's the price they advertised. On the last car I was going to buy new, the lowest trim didn't even have a rear window wiper. I laughed and walked off on the deal. Don't advertise a low price then try to shill me into having to pay thousands more for basic features.

Since BMW counts M cars as separate models, does the top non-M3 count?

For BMWs I consider options to be trim since their "trim" levels are different models.

I just know that my car has the weakest engine

I got the mid trim, but am swapping everything over to the highest trim myself afterwards because none of the high trims were available in the color I wanted. Yes the added oem cruise control works. Still waiting on a good set of tan leather seats to show up for sale though, they're all either torn to shit or asking way too much. The Torsen LSD I bought is currently at the diff shop getting rebuilt before it goes in too.

That sounds absolutely moronic. Why not find a top-trim model and simply repaint it the color you want ?

        Anonymous

        >simply repaint
A good paint job, especially a color change one, costs more than I paid for the car and significantly more than all of the parts I've needed. I specifically bought the car to be a project anyway, I like tinkering with shit. It's fun.

Enjoy my poverty(most likely) spec Alfa
    weakest possible engine(1,7L 8V 85kw)

It does have painted bumpers though.(some basemodels espcially narrowbody had upainted bumpers)

    Top trim is normie-tier.
    >4k for Bose premium system that sounds worse than a $1200 custom aftermarket install
    >2k for upgraded wheels that still wont fit a bbk so need to be replaced anyway
    >8k for the sport package to get wheels and bbk, which is twice what it's worth
    >8k for interior package to get shit quality leather a custom upholstry shop would charge $2k for

And you get to finance all of that on top of the base car price instead of paying out of pocket and doing it yourself for higher quality results at half the money.
