That's a little too much for a car without a windshield but you're on the right track

Yes I instantly saw the windshield after making that post but you know the best way to solve your problems is ignoring them.

Looks like a 50 year old shitbox that needs work to even put on the road. Should be closer to $500

I don't know you, your budget, or anything other than you shared a Kia product. I would advise getting the newest Camry or Accord you can afford in your area. If you're a real penny pincher or Corolla or Civic. Do not get a Kia Forte or whatever that is.

This really is the only answer for anyone that just wants something newish and reliable. I honestly wish more cars could be recommended but American and Euro cars are all shit.

My family has been wondering the same thing.

All cars newer than 2005 are overpriced and garbage.

      >costs more to insure for 6 months than the car is worth

Quit filing insurance claims for minor dings and your rates won't be high, moron.

          >just don't use insurance bro
i guess i'll just pay minimum liability then
          or just go without lmao

seriously though i'd just go without insurance if i would, insurance is just gambling at casinos but legalized - same profit margins and everything

You can have no insurance in Virginia if you pay $500 when registering the vehicle or New Hampshire if you're rich enough to pay for damages that may happen

Kia and Hyundai insurance rates are so high because stupid Black folk steal them so much.

Are you implying not a single Korean piece of shit has ever been paid off? This is a weird post.

            >insurance rates are so high
            For you.

My insurance is cheap af, I own a home in a 91%+ white part of town, 2 out of 3 of my vehicles are garaged and I don't own Korean garbage. Stay moronic though.

            >look at all this materialistic items I own, I'm totally not projecting about some shit others care about
I don't care what you own, I actually do this shit for a living with more than just my wallet. So an butthole who's bought a few cars who thinks he knows cars is a moron compared to a Mississippi bodyman who doesn't own a car. Putting your credit card on the table is not impressive.

            >backwater hick moron doesn't even understand what he's arguing about
            Lol, let's start over.

Kia and Hyundai insurance rates are so high because stupid Black folk steal them so much.

            >Insurance rates for targeted Kia and Hyundai models increased
            >Rio - 70%
            >Sedona - 71%
            >Kona - 70%
            >Auto insurers calculate rates and issue policies based on risk models. With certain models so susceptible to theft, both insurers determined targeted Kia and Hyundai cars might be too risky to insure.
            >In response to the uptick in thefts and insurers halting coverage, Kia and Hyundai started rolling out free anti-theft software upgrades in February 2023
            https://insurify.com/car-insurance/insights/kia-challenge-insurance-rates/
Again, MY insurance isn't expensive because I don't live around Black folk or own any of this Korean garbage. Don't forget your respirator at work, the paint fumes clearly aren't doing you any favors.

2011-2021 kias and hyundai are literally uninsurable cars.

Unless you already have a policy, you can't get a new one. If you already have a policy, it's more than the car's worth

nice try, but i repo cars for a living and it was a golden era of poors missing payments on their turds and me starting them with a fricking popsicle stick.

Most of them have the push-button fix, these days, but there's still a few out there, and the insurance rates are sky high for all of them because of the children who break windows to check if it's stealable.

Please don't lie to yourself, especially when insurance companies litterally refused to cover Korean cars until kia/Hyundai were forced to offer anti-theft

I literally fixed one last week, I'm guessing the insurance company decided that was ok. I fix cars 5 days a week, 12 months a year, I fix Hyundais and Kias. I even fix moronic shit like Sparks and Sentras. I work directly with insurance companies.

you shouldn't be. The market caters to your kind. every single car is the same now so you can't mess this choice up. Good luck.
