Obeying traffic lights and lanes is simply a practice of the great white man and what separates us from the Black folk.
If it says no turn on red till six and it's ten of? We're waiting, because I'm not a fricking monkey

      >when i have to hop out of the car to tell the driver at the front to move forward so the sensor can detect him and let us all go

In pa a red light can be treated like a stop sign if you've been waiting I forget how long so I'll pull 60 seconds out my ass to combat this issue

I often do not. California has fricking red arrows everywhere but I grew up on a state that didn't have them except at major intersections with many lanes. They'd just have solid greens and you decide when it's safe to turn left. California is a totalitarian hellhole full of moronic monkeys who would pull in front of you if they allowed this, but I'm still not waiting at no red. It lowers the odds of getting caught at a red light from 1/2 to 1/6-8 since there's now 6-8 configurations for the lights to be in when you arrive at the intersection. So I treat red left turn arrows like a right turn on red. Always actually stop, check if it's safe to go including for pedestrians, then proceed to turn if safe. Done it hundreds of times and the cops don't seem to care, I actually saw a cop do it first.

The road's a shared resource. If you don't like the rules set in place for it's use, buy up land and make your own highway.

    >Get to red light
    >It's 2am and there's no one around
    >Light has no sensors
What do? I always run them unless it has a camera. Nothing more beta than saying "golly I wouldn't wanna break the law here! I'll just wait 2 minutes for nothing to happen"
