Absolute dogshit. Even cars that are just ASSEMBLED there turn out to be dogshit because brit workers can't do anything competently.

I do find it funny the INEOS owner was so mad about land rover disappearing from the UK he made his own copy.
And it's paired with a bmw b58 iirc. The spirit of British cars seems great but they really fail at execution and reliability.

Honestly an absolute disgrace that our governments let the UK car industry die

Would never happen in germany, italy or france

In my country, with the exception of Mini, they all still carry brand cachet. Aside from Land Rover and Mini, all the other brands are quite rare.
    >Aston Martin - James Bond reputation, you see may 3 or 4 per year.
    > Bentley: nouveau rich and drug dealers. You see maybe 2 a year.
    > Rolls Royce: Old money reputation. I've only ever seen 2 in my lifetime, one of them a Cullinan.
    >Jaguar: depends on the Jag. The big Jags (XJs, XKs, XFs, and the older Jags are seen as being classy and beautiful cars. They have the reputation of being unreliable and only driven by enthusiasts or old people. The X-type, and S-types are treated like Fords with a lipstick.
    >Mini very popular among the young, women, and gay men. There is also a strong enthusiast following for the manual hardtop mini and performance variants. Ultimately, they are seen as being fun to drive lifestyle compact cars that have mixed bag reliability. Most people say the are just FWD compact BMWs.
    >McLaren: I've seen maybe 5. Most people don't know what it is. If it's red they'll think it's a Ferrari.

Nice looking cars with engineering and mechanicals.

Rolls royce, Bentley and range rovers are the most coveted cars by our melanated youth.

I've only seen Mini's and the occasional Land Rover in my town, and not many of them. I don't think they have much of a reputation besides the usual jokes about build quality.

No mentioned of TVR? Bunch of zoomers and slack jawed fsggots round here.

    >FAST
    >LOUD
    >UBRELIABLE ELECTRICS (though most of this will be fine these days)

The brand is exists, but in zombie mode owned by some british tech millionaire homosexual.
Still see a lot of the 90s Wheeler era stuff now the weather's good again though.

Arguable most British brands are just that. Brands.

        >Bentley are just VAG parts bin
        >Rolls Royce rebadged 7 series
        >Mini is a 1 series
        >Aston use Merc engines

I guess JLR at least make they're own shit but they're Indian owned.

McLaren is owned by a Bahraini holding company but make they're own shit also.

Don't understand how some millionaire dumbass is taking 7 years to produce a fiberglass car with a fricking mustang engine. If someone could do it in their backyard or some random Chinese-owned vaporware company can, what is their excuse?

    >Mclaren
poster car for states with big cities.
    >Land Rover
    Unreliable shit
    >Bentley
Car for homies. Even my church pastor drove one. No mods though
    >mini
Womans car but new ones seem to be improvements of the unreliable shit they used to make between 2001-2014
    >jaguar
slightly unreliable shit but I'd love a F-type or XE S
    >Rolls Royce
pimpmobile or hoe hauler. Dunno about reliability for some reason.
    >aston
The Indian and arab engineering posts are slowly putting me off even though I would die to drive a DBS V12.

    >Aston Martin & McLaren = feller who made it big in finances
    >Jag = old c**t who still banks with a passbook
    >Rolls Royce & bentley = Asian
    >Land rover = lives in new build house, car on finance, veneers from Turkey
    >Mini = normal person
