Fiesta ST, I still remember pre-COVID they were priced at the same as a Fit ($18-21k) with 0-3% financing. I wish I bought one.

If it was a year later I'd try to get a Expedition with the 3.5 Ecoboost as a daily driver but I know they were like $50k MSRP and out of my price range

      Fiesta ST

I actually did exactly this, bought a brand new '14 ST on the last day of 2013. I had it until 2022 and it was a good car but in retrospect I probably would've been better off with the Focus, the Fiesta was just too small and I constantly ended up having to borrow other cars for stuff and so on.

Oh, meant to add though that I'm not sure it really qualifies as "domestic," it's a Euro-designed car with a UK-made drivetrain and was built in Mexico with almost no US-made parts.

Not a muscle car though, it's not a 2 door. OP did not exclude "muscle saloons".

While not technically an infraction of the rules you are breaching the social contract whereby we all understand the spirit of the game laid out by OP. Your conduct and all similar conduct carried out is exactly the reason the west has fallen.

...which is why billions must die?
Also it's not a muscle car at all, unless you consider anything with a V8 a muscle car.

corvette. that's when the c7 came out

OP specified no muscle cars, which I assume includes "pony" cars like the Mustang as well. All of the US's sport compacts were FWD or muscle cars so I'm sticking with my Wrangler pick.

Obv different types of car, but if you're specifically not looking for a muscle car then you're probably not looking for a vette either.

I like how SUVs and crossovers have ruined the car market so much that we're now nostalgic for the halcyon days of 2014. Anyways, Focus ST. Click here if you want to be depressed:

GM made very very few good cars in the 21st century. The Volt II was one of them, the others being mostly Corvettes and other small cars with a V8.
