Im 6'2 in real life so 6'4-6'6 in conversation. I ride a softtail with 14" handlebars, its pretty comfy. Only type of bike I really dont like are cruisers with mid controls
I'm 6'3". I have a Honda Fireblade that's pretty comfortable. The Suzuki Hayabusa is pretty large. Also, you can usually swap out the foot pegs and controls for an aftermarket setup that will give you an extra inch or two of leg room. Adventure bikes tend to be set up for tall riders.
I think cycle-ergo was created to answer these questions. You might find that helpful though I think actually sitting on the bike (or a similar one) is the ultimate test.
I think most bikes will work. BaronVonGrumble on YouTube is like 6'4 and rides mostly sportsbikes, for instance.

he needs to stop in the middle or the side so he can see the light change and also not get crashed.
Opposite. Horse jockey rules apply. Even the dakar racers of old were short.

Pretty much all successful sportbike racers are manlets
Windshields will just cause buffeting and you may want more torque if you're heavy.
I'd ho with a 650cc naked bike, just my 2 cents.
I'm a turbo manlet at a staggering 5'2
what's a good bike before I transition and buy a scooter
Ducati's are surprisingly small. Very uncomfortable for a normal sized person.
Accurate. I knew a 5'6" viet who rode Ducs
Can confirm I'm 6'1" and find them cramped
Dual sports with adjustable suspension will be a pleasure to ride.

Sport touring bikes can be okay if they have low enough footpegs/tall enough seats.
ADV's are king, and cruisers with forwards+apes work great too.
Just look for larger bikes in general.
there's a tall guy in my neighbourhood who rides one of these and he fits it well
that's a bug bike, for you!
